• Experience in construction coordination or field administration preferred.

• Willingness to travel nationwide as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist field teams by coordinating with superintendents and onsite staff.
• Onboard trades workers and manage site canteen and vendors.
• Track compliance docs and insurance certificates with subs.
• Coordinate field meetings and prepare agendas/minutes.
• Support Procore-based document control and office-field communication.
