Job summary

ARCO/Murray seeks a detail-oriented Field Coordinator to support field operations and the project team onsite in Sullivan, IN. You will coordinate with Superintendents and onsite personnel to ensure documentation, field resources, and smooth coordination between office, field teams, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable in an active construction environment, and skilled with Construction Management software, with travel nationwide as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in construction coordination or field administration preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to travel nationwide as-needed.
• Comfortable working both onsite and with office teams.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct field support in coordination with Superintendents and onsite teams.
• Onboard new trades workers, assigning project badges.
• Manage on-site canteen and vendors (food, catering, cleanup, vending).
• Coordinate with city and county officials and manage deliveries.
• Maintain a comprehensive field binder with contracts, change orders, submittals, and docs.
• Ensure drawing racks and field drawings are current and distributed.
• Print and distribute project documents for field use.
• Schedule field meetings and prepare agendas/minutes.
• Work with subcontractors to track compliance documents and insurance.
• Assist with document control and coordination through Procore.
• Support site communications between field and office teams.
