Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Mission Critical team on-site in Sullivan, IN. You will connect office project management and field superintendent teams while driving effective onsite execution and coordinating subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will lead schedules, QA/QC, safety, and cost reporting, while communicating with owners, architects, and trade partners.

Qualifications

BS in Engineering, construction management, or related field required
2-5 years of construction management and/or field coordination experience required. Previous design/build project experience strongly preferred
Previous experience leading data center or advanced manufacturing projects strongly preferred
Proficiency using Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project

Responsibilities

Manage subcontractor performance and resolve field issues.
Monitor project schedule and report progress between office project management team and field superintendent team.
Maintain accurate documentation of field activities.
Lead daily coordination meetings with trade partners.
Develop and implement QA/QC plans for assigned projects.
Conduct site inspections and verify compliance with specifications and codes.
