Job summary

ARCO/Murray National Construction seeks a capable on-site leader to drive construction projects from planning through turnover. You will oversee safety, scheduling, staffing, and progress reporting while coordinating with subcontractors and owners to ensure adherence to plans and budgets.

Ideal candidates bring extensive field leadership, scheduling expertise, and a proven track record in design-build environments. This role emphasizes safety, quality, and timely delivery on complex projects.

Qualifications

• 5-25 years of construction experience.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook; scheduling software.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with safety protocols.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Attend post-award review meetings to obtain project details.
• Participate with the project manager in preparing schedules and staffing.
• Direct and control the construction project to meet specs and schedule.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure integration with schedules.
• Approve requisitions, purchase orders, invoices and other reports.
• Maintain daily diary and report progress to the project manager.
