ARCO/Murray National Construction in Sullivan, IN is seeking a BIM Coordinator to support field operations and project teams onsite. You will coordinate BIM data, perform clash detection, and facilitate coordination meetings with engineers, trades, and design partners to ensure seamless installation of MEP systems.

The role requires a degree in a related field (preferred) and hands-on experience with Revit, ACC, Procore, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• Experience with BIM design/coordination software (Revit, ACC, Procore, Bluebeam).
• Ability to read construction drawings and technical documents.
• Strong attention to detail and organization in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical BIM advisor in the onsite field office.
• Participate in BIM setup, standards development, and coordination for project phases.
• Establish data exchange standards to optimize BIM use for scheduling and estimating.
• Perform clash detection, coordination reviews, and constructability checks.
• Lead BIM coordination meetings with engineers, trades, and design partners.
• Support model-to-field coordination, sequencing, and handover activities.
• Assist with RFIs, design clarifications, submittals, and shop drawing coordination.
• Help with model quality checks, digital close-out, and asset data encoding.
