Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Project Coordinator in Chardon, OH to help oversee construction projects from kickoff to closeout. You will coordinate with project executives, field managers, and subcontractors to guarantee scope alignment, scheduling, and labor planning.

The role combines in-office work, site visits, and client meetings to drive project success. This position requires strong communication, organization, and experience with RFIs, RFOs, and billings.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating construction projects and teams.
• Ability to manage RFIs, RCOs, and job costs.
• Familiarity with Procore and construction management processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive projects from executives and estimators and review details.
• Coordinate with foremen and subcontractors on scope, schedule, and labor.
• Prepare submittals, track equipment orders, and monitor costs.
• Provide on-site oversight and update project status weekly.
• Ensure closeout activities and start-up readiness with the team.
