Job summary

Classifieds24 is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager to support on-site and in-office coordination. The role requires at least 2 years of construction experience and the ability to read drawings, track RFI's and submittals, and manage daily logs.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential. The candidate will assist in scheduling, deliveries, and safety programs while maintaining weekly timelines and coordinating with suppliers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction/field experience.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook.
• Team-oriented and proactive problem-solver.
• Punctual, dependable, and detail-focused.

Responsibilities

• Track scope changes and alert PM to changes.
• Generate and track RFIs, submittals, drawings, sketches.
• Update scheduling, deliveries, lead times, dependencies and plan changes.
• Schedule deliveries with suppliers through company office.
• Provide weekly timeline updates to PM.
• Implement site safety program alongside PM.
• Maintain detailed daily logs and delivery records.
• Manage labor and daily crew sign-ins.
• Create and coordinate project photo logs week to week.
