Qualifications

• Prior experience in construction/roofing.
• Must be comfortable walking on roofs as high as 2 stories and as steep as 12/12 pitch.
• Excellent communication and strong organization skills.
• Efficient with taking quality photos and very good computer skills.
• Understand safety regulations and have a very good working knowledge of estimating.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Travel to and from office to job sites throughout the week.
• Oversee all construction sites to ensure operations meet company standards.
• Review quality control protocols for compliance.
• Communicate effectively with the installation team at job sites.
• Prepare construction progress reports for management.
• Supply job site with additional materials if needed.
