Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track and manage service requests and work orders from receipt to completion.
• Update and manipulate Excel spreadsheets to support tracking and reporting.
• Enter and manage job information in Smartsheet and other tracking systems.
• Dispatch work assignments to field technicians and monitor progress.
• Verify proper job closures across systems.
• Provide timely status updates to customers and internal teams.
• Support coordinators with admin tasks and document control.
• Participate in team calls to align on workflow and scheduling.
