Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Construction Project Coordinator for a fully onsite role in Pewaukee, WI. You will support project managers and field teams across commercial construction projects with a strong focus on documentation and scheduling.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a general contracting environment, proficiency with Procore and MS Office, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction project coordination or related experience.
• Experience with general contracting processes, schedules and docs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with PM software.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and ops support to Project Managers and Superintendents.
• Assist with startup activities: contract review, permit tracking, documentation.
• Manage project records: RFIs, submittals, change orders, meeting minutes.
• Coordinate schedules and communicate updates with teams, subs, vendors, owners.
• Track progress, milestones and deliverables for timely completion.
• Monitor subcontractor docs, insurance, liens and compliance.
• Assist procurement including material and subs coordination.
• Schedule meetings, prepare agendas and minutes.
• Support project accounting: invoices, PO, budget, job cost reporting.
• Maintain document control in company systems; closeout packages.
