Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; five years of relevant construction experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA rules and local, state, and federal regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings, financial reports, and legal documents.
• Strong verbal and written communication, and the ability to present to management and owners.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Professional appearance and ability to manage people.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Assists Superintendent with duties on the jobsite as assigned.
• Advocates safety and enforces safety plans and policies.
• Supervises and coordinates management of construction projects with owners and subcontractors.
• Develops and implements production plans with budget goals.
• Prepares project status and payroll documentation.
• Ensures schedules are adhered to and staffing levels are appropriate.
• Coordinates and oversees regulatory inspections.
