Job summary

Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an experienced field professional to support the Superintendent in coordinating multiple construction projects. The role emphasizes safety, schedule adherence, and clear communication with owners, designers, and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, OSHA knowledge, the ability to read plans, and strong leadership. You will manage daily and weekly reports, procurement, staffing, and regulatory inspections while travel may be required.

• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural/engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent with duties or act on their behalf as assigned.
• Advocate safety as a priority and enforce safety policies and regulations.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Division Management and Project Management for project delivery.
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with budget goals.
• Prepare project status reports and daily/compliance logs.
• Review plans/drawings and coordinate shop drawings.
• Procure tools and materials to meet the schedule.
• Determine staffing and material needs for each project phase.
• Coordinate inspections and regulatory requirements with authorities.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure compliance with terms.
• Communicate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
