Clark Construction Group is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to coordinate field operations, supervise subcontractors, and ensure work aligns with the project schedule and budget. You will implement safety and quality control procedures on active job sites in Jacksonville, FL.

The role requires knowledge of contract documents, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to coordinating resources, equipment, and deliveries while maintaining safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of construction management experience in a field supervisory role.
• Direct the work of others including subcontractors and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of safety and government regulations (e.g., OSHA) and implementation on site.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and coordinate installation of work per contract documents, project schedule and sequence.
• Understand scope of work for assigned areas/trades and duration of activities.
• Apply equipment knowledge and plan for optimum utilization on site.
• Monitor material/equipment delivery dates impacting areas/trades.
• Maintain safety program through regular inspections and hazard recognition.
