Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to assist the superintendent and manage on-site operations on a Dallas project. You will coordinate with owners, designers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution, safety, and on-time delivery.

The role requires reading drawings, OSHA knowledge, and strong communication to report progress and resolve issues. A valid driver’s license and 5+ years of field experience are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal rules including OSHA.
• Ability to read architectural and engineering drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• People management skills.

Responsabilités

• Assists Superintendent with duties as assigned by Superintendent or General Superintendent.
• Advocates safety as number one priority on the jobsite and enforces safety plans and policies.
• coordinates with Estimating, Division Management and Project Management to supervise projects and coordinate with owners, designers and subcontractors.
• Develops and implements production plans with budget goals in mind.
• Assists Project Manager in preparation of project status reports.
• Responsible for daily, progress, compliance and logs.
• Oversees review of plans/drawings per contract documents and coordinating shop drawings.
• Procures tools and materials to meet work schedule.
• Determines staffing levels and timing for each phase of construction.
• Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and directing onsite field personnel.
• Prepares payroll documentation and HR/Payroll policy adherence.
• Discusses and resolves workforce conflicts with supervision/HR/legal as needed.
• Works with engineers, architects, subcontractors and inspectors to resolve construction issues.
• Ensures schedules are adhered to by staffing and procurement planning.
• Supervises subcontractors to ensure compliance with terms.
• Follows and enforces company policies and procedures.
• Coordinates and oversees regulatory inspections.
