Qualifications

• Ability to read / interpret architectural and engineering drawings and financial reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist Superintendent or assume duties for a job without a Superintendent.
• Advocate safety as priority and enforce safety plans and regulations.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Division Management and Project Management to supervise and direct construction projects.
• Develop and implement production plans with budget goals in mind.
• Prepare project status, payroll, and compliance reports.
