Job summary

QUALFON is seeking a skilled Computer End User Technician to join our Highland Park, MI facility on site. You will install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and peripherals, while supporting executives and serving as a senior escalation point.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of PC tech experience, strong Windows knowledge, and familiarity with Unix/Linux, VMware, AD, and Bomgar for remote support.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as a PC technician for a large user environment.
• Remote issue troubleshooting experience.
• Proficient in Windows, Office apps, Teams and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Install and configures personal computer hardware, software applications and peripherals
• Provides Sr Management/Executive support
• Technical escalation points for T2 team members
• Works independently with minimal supervision required
• Install and configure various operating systems including but not limited to Microsoft, Unix, and Linux
• Troubleshoot Windows 10, for common software and hardware related problems
• Troubleshoot network and systems connectivity issues that include routers, switches, circuits, servers, wireless and associated equipment
