Job summary

Bosch Home Comfort Group is seeking an IT Support professional to provide on-site and remote assistance to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues. You will diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems, peripherals, and network problems using analytical methods, and install or maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.

Requirements include 2+ years in IT support, strong troubleshooting, Windows/macOS proficiency, and knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in IT support, help desk, or field service roles.
Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems.
Knowledge of network connectivity, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN technologies.

Responsibilities

Provide on-site and remote technical support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
