Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Team player with professional communication.

Aufgaben

• Oversee staff interviews, onboarding, training, timesheet approvals, and annual reviews.
• Drive team performance, provide feedback, and coordinate disciplinary actions with HR.
• Lead training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Boost morale through recognition and team-building activities; improve productivity.
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor adherence to approved budgets.
• Prepare and analyze month-end and year-end financial reports and variance analyses within +/-10%.
• Enhance resident satisfaction by promptly addressing complaints and service requests.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure timely responses to resident requests.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of resident service.
• Analyze market trends and work with marketing on leasing strategies to hit occupancy and revenue goals.
