Qualifications

• 2+ years of multifamily Property Manager experience.
• ResMan property management software experience required.
• Proven leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
• Solid understanding of Fair Housing laws and industry best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the property
• Motivate and guide on-site leasing and maintenance teams to success
• Manage occupancy, renewals, delinquency control and revenue optimization
• Maintain high resident satisfaction and handle escalated issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing, company policies, and regulatory guidelines
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, vendors, and property upkeep
• Prepare regular performance and financial reports using ResMan
• Maintain organized, efficient workflows and high operational standards
