The role collaborates with the Community Manager and on-site staff to maintain property quality. The position emphasizes hands-on supervision, adherence to EPA/OSHA standards, and efficient use of maintenance resources.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• EPA and CPO certification are required; HVAC knowledge is a plus.
• Basic computer skills for building systems management.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations and service requests.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with Community Manager.
• Maintain safety standards and OSHA guidelines.
• Schedule and manage preventive maintenance programs.
