Job summary

This on-site role in Arlington, TX requires 3+ years in property management, leadership ability, and experience with affordable housing programs.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of related multi-family property management experience.
• 2+ years in affordable housing experience preferred.
• Experience with PFC, AMI, Income Restricted, Senior 55+/62+.
• Experience with OneSite software a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise leasing and maintenance activities to ensure compliance with company policy.
• Analyze performance and trends to develop and implement monthly marketing plan.
• Trains, motivates and supervises all on-site staff including orientation, training, and performance evaluations.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining high standards for resident service.
• Assist in budget preparation and adherence to approved budgets.
• Complete month-end and year-end reporting as required.
• Provide narrative of all monthly budget variances +/- 10% per line item.
• Ensure property operations comply with applicable regulatory requirements.
