Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily housing community operations and financial functions. You will supervise onsite staff, manage rent collection, and support leasing, maintenance, and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and safety guidelines, maintaining records, and driving customer satisfaction while meeting budgeted revenues and NOI targets. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to use onsite software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Two years of housing industry experience or related training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and financial functions under the supervision of the Community Manager.
• Manage delinquency and rent collection to optimize cash flow.
• Supervise staff and ensure compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Support leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities; coordinate reporting.
