Greystar is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for Dominion Plaza in Arlington, VA to support the Community Manager in financial, leasing, and operational tasks. The role involves rent collection, bank deposits, financial reporting, and coordinating with vendors and residents to maintain smooth community operations.

The candidate will use property management software (Yardi/OneSite/Entrata), handle delinquencies, and assist in leasing efforts, tours, applications, and credit verification.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of property management or residence-life experience is desirable.
• Strong lease knowledge and collections experience encouraged.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Collect rent and other payments; post transactions and prepare daily deposits.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite and ensure data integrity in the system.
• Review resident files to identify delinquencies and enforce lease terms.
• Review and process vendor invoices; coordinate payments with accounting and owners.
• Assist in managing client/owner relationships and respond to owner requests.
• Support leasing and marketing efforts; greet prospects and process applications.
