Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an Assistant Community Manager/Leasing Manager to support financial operations of an apartment community in Arlington, VA. You will manage rent collection, invoicing, and reporting while using Yardi/OneSite to maintain accurate records and procedures.

Responsibilities include delinquency actions, vendor payment processing, and assisting leasing activities with residents. The role also involves on-site supervision in the manager's absence and promoting resident

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in residence life or property management.
• Understanding of lease terms and lease enforcement, including collections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily financial operations: collect rents, post payments, and reconcile bank accounts.
• Prepare financial reports and invoices for payment.
• Operate Yardi/OneSite and ensure data integrity.
• Review resident files to identify unpaid balances and pursue collections.
• Assist in leasing and marketing, greet prospects, and complete applications.
• Promote resident satisfaction and address service issues.
• Act as on-site supervisor in absence of the Community Manager.
