Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to use onsite property management software and basic computer skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent payments and income posting accurately and timely.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and monitor delinquency.
• Support staffing—hiring, training, coaching onsite team.
• Ensure lease signings, showings, and resident move-ins.
• Maintain property appearance and safety compliance.
