You will help manage leasing processes, keep accurate resident information, and collaborate with maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, customer service excellence, and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in property management or equivalent, including leasing, sales/closing, and customer service.
• Experience with Yardi/CRM and On-Site.
• Accounts Payable experience or prior experience reviewing and paying/entering invoices.

Responsibilities

• Income collection and accounts payable duties; maintain resident records and deposits.
• Manage resident relations and community standards; inspect properties.
• Marketing tasks: ads, leasing duties, respond to inquiries, adjust to market trends.
• Administrative duties: reports, leases, move-ins/outs, service requests routing.
• General duties as assigned by Community/Regional Manager.
