Asset Living is seeking a Temporary Community Manager to oversee the on-site operations of a housing community in Wilsonville, OR. You will supervise staff, lead leasing activities, and manage budgets, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

You will coordinate marketing, resident relations, and maintenance to deliver exceptional service while driving occupancy and NOI. This on-site role requires strong leadership and hands-on management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the housing community on-site.
• Screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Supervise staff to ensure policy compliance and quality service.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor financial performance.
• Manage leasing, showings, rent collection, and resident relations to maximize NOI.
• Plan marketing strategies and resident retention programs.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety programs; respond to emergencies.
