Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff across leasing, maintenance, financials, and administration, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires simple coordination with the Regional Manager and involves resident relations, marketing, and budget oversight to drive operating income and property performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in housing/real estate management is desirable.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial tasks.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policy, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop yearly marketing plans and resident retention activities.
