We seek a Community Manager to supervise all on-site operations for a housing community, including staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with policies, safety standards, and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations, leasing, maintenance, and staff.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing.
• Develop budgets, monitor deposits, rent collections, and vendor invoices.
• Lead emergency response and maintain property appearance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and resident satisfaction.
