Job summary

Asset Living in McMinnville, TN, is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, lead leasing, maintenance, budgeting, and risk management while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role requires daily on-site presence, strong leadership, and the ability to develop staff, implement marketing plans, and manage resident relations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Regular on-site attendance is required.
• Lead, supervise, train, coach, and develop on-site staff.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor expenditures.
• Strategic leasing management and marketing plan development.
• Ensure resident satisfaction and handle complaints and requests.
• Head emergency team and ensure safety and compliance with company policies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing industry

Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred
