Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager. You will play a vital role in delinquency management and optimizing the property's cash flow, while supervising staff across Leasing, Maintenance, Administration, and Risk Management.

Onsite leadership ensures compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines. You will also supervise move-ins/outs, assist with budget adherence, and maintain accurate records

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 2 years housing industry experience.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions; basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial functions under the Community Manager.
• Manage rent collection, delinquency and cash-flow optimization.
