Job summary

Asset Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations and financial functions of a housing community under the supervision of the Community Manager. You will supervise onsite staff, manage leasing activities, and help optimize cash flow and compliance with policies.

As an onsite leader, you will ensure adherence to safety, fair housing guidelines, and liability considerations while coordinating property marketing and resident relations within the annual plan.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or two years in housing.
• Ability to understand and perform onsite software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately, timely, and efficiently.
• Process and reconcile daily all accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt, issue late notices, and file evictions.
• Help the property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Maintain accurate records and audit resident files.
• Show, lease, and move-in residents.
