Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to lead the on-site operations of a housing community in Bowling Green, KY. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and finances while upholding safety and Fair Housing standards. The role emphasizes proactive staff development and cost control.

As on-site leader, you’ll drive leasing strategies, monitor budgets, and ensure timely reporting, with a focus on resident satisfaction and NOI growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, administration & risk management.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Develop budgets, monitor deposits, rent collections, and charges.
• Lead emergency response and optimize resident satisfaction.
