Job summary

Asset Living in Columbus, OH, is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, admin and risk management to ensure compliance with Asset’s policies and procedures, safety and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include budgeting, marketing plans, resident relations, lease signing, reporting, and emergency leadership during incidents.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred or 4 years housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site operations and supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and financial reports.
• Lead emergency response for the property and ensure safety and compliance with policies.
