Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a housing community in Reno, NV. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards while driving resident satisfaction and financial performance.

The role requires High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with CAM/ARM certification and knowledge of Fair Housing and OSHA guidelines. On-site work with comprehensive rewards is offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of the housing community on-site.
• Supervise staff, screen, hire, train, coach, and develop on-site personnel.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts.
• Monitor rent deposits, collections, and charges; ensure timely processing.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Plan marketing/leasing strategies to optimize occupancy.
