Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Responsibilities include staff supervision, budgeting, marketing, tenant relations, and risk management. A high school diploma and relevant experience are required or preferred, with CAM/ARM desirable.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four year’s experience in the housing industry; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Personnel Management: supervise on-site staff and training.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and monitor finances.
• Strategic Leasing Management: develop yearly marketing plan and leasing strategies.
• Deal with resident complaints and ensure resident satisfaction.
• Maintain property appearance and ensure timely repairs and inspections.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred

Housing industry experience

CAM or ARM certification preferred
