Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to run a housing community on-site under the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, and oversee financials to optimize net operating income while ensuring safety and fair housing compliance.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, training, marketing planning, and resident relations. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred or equivalent housing industry experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ experience in housing.
• Certified Apartment Manager or Accredited Resident Manager preferred.
• Experience with on-site software functions and basic computer skills.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property operations including personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop and implement annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor rent collections, deposits, and vendor invoices for accuracy.
• Lead emergency on-call response and ensure compliance with company policies.
