Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience with affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HUD, etc.).
• Experience coordinating staff, leasing, training, and resident relations.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all on-site operations of the housing community.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and financial administration.
• Develop and execute annual operating budgets and marketing plans.
• Ensure compliance with Asset policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and maintain high resident satisfaction.
