Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income from applicants, residents, and non-residents accurately and timely.
• Process and reconcile daily account receivables.
• Monitor and follow up on bad debt, issue late notices, contact residents/guarantors, file evictions.
• Help the property meet budgeted revenues, expenses and Net Operating Income.
• Post charges to resident and non-resident accounts; bill back utilities where applicable.
• Maintain end-of-month closing procedures and reporting; audit resident files.
