We are seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily operations, drive rent collection, leasing, and staff management under the Community Manager. You will help optimize cash flow and ensure compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or two years experience in housing industry.
• Ability to understand and perform all onsite software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately, timely, and efficiently.
• Process and reconcile daily account receivables.
• Monitor and follow up on bad debt, issue late notices, and coordinate evictions.
• Help the property meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Post charges to resident and non-current resident accounts and bill-back utilities where applicable.
• Perform end-of-month closing procedures and reporting.
• Maintain accurate records and audit resident files.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents.
