Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to lead on-site operations of a housing community in North Little Rock, AR. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role emphasizes financial oversight, budgeting, resident satisfaction, and active collaboration with regional leadership. A background in property management and CAM/ARM certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or related housing industry experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Basic computer skills required and familiarity with on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site staff coaching, scheduling, and development.
• Manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, administration & risk management.
• Develop yearly operating budgets/forecasts and financial reporting.
• Implement resident retention initiatives and leasing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and fair housing guidelines.
• Lead emergency response and coordinate with maintenance team.
