Job summary

Asset Living seeks an experienced Community Manager to oversee the daily operations of a housing community on-site. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks while ensuring safety, compliance, and resident satisfaction.

The role includes developing annual budgets, marketing plans, and retention strategies, aiming to maximize NOI and maintain high service levels. A CAM/ARM or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education/experience requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or four years in housing; or equivalent combination.
• CAM/ARM certification preferred.
• Ability to understand and use on-site software; basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operations of a housing community on-site.
• Supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, and reporting to improve NOI.
• Develop leasing plans, marketing, and resident retention programs.
• Address resident concerns ensuring satisfaction and compliance with policies.
• Lead emergency response and ensure safety and risk management.

Education

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years experience in housing industry
