Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a housing community in Greenbrier, TN. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, and financial activities under the Regional Manager's guidance.

As on-site leader, you will enforce fair housing, safety protocols, and company policies while driving resident satisfaction, retention, and NOI through strategic management and a hands-on approach.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred or four years’ housing industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Ability to use on-site software; basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee personnel management and on-site staff development.
• Lead leasing, marketing, and resident relations to meet occupancy goals.
• Develop budgets, manage deposits, rent collections, and invoicing.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, fair housing, and OSHA requirements.
• Plan and supervise maintenance, inspections, and vendor coordination.
• Respond to resident concerns and coordinate emergency responses.
