Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in housing/real estate helpful.
• Ability to use onsite software and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income accurately from all applicants and residents.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt and prepare late notices.
• Help meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and NOI.
• Maintain accurate records and audit resident files.
• Lead onsite staff training, coaching, and compliance.
