Job summary

Asset Living in Maumelle, Arkansas, is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and financial functions of the housing community. You will support the Community Manager and help optimize cash flow, lease activity, and resident services.

You'll supervise onsite staff, enforce company policies and fair housing guidelines, manage accounts receivable and end-of-month reporting, and contribute to resident retention and budget targets.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Post payments and income for residents and applicants.
• Process and reconcile daily accounts receivable.
• Monitor bad debt and issue late notices.
• Help meet budgeted revenues, expenses, and Net Operating Income.
• Post charges to resident accounts and bill utilities where applicable.
• Perform end-of-month closing procedures and reporting.
