Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all operations of a housing community on-site, under the supervision of the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, leasing, maintenance, finance, and risk management, ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

• Experience managing housing communities and staff.
• Understanding of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of on-site software is preferred.
