Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee all on-site operations for a housing community under Regional Manager supervision. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, and administration while ensuring compliance with policies and fair housing guidelines.

The role emphasizes financial management, leasing strategies, and resident satisfaction through effective leadership and process discipline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years housing industry experience, or 1–2 years related experience.
• CAM or ARM certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all housing community operations on-site.
• Supervise on-site staff, leasing, maintenance, and administration.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets and forecasts.
• Lead leasing efforts and resident relations to optimize occupancy.
• Ensure compliance with Asset Living policies and fair housing guidelines.
• Coordinate emergency response and safety initiatives on property.
• Monitor vendor invoices, deposits, and rent collections for accuracy.
