Job summary

Asset Living seeks a Community Manager to oversee the entire operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will manage personnel, leasing, maintenance, financials, and risk, ensuring compliance with policy and fair housing guidelines.

This role requires on-site leadership, staff development, and decisive management to maintain service quality and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent housing-industry experience.
• Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) or Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) preferred.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on-site software.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel on-site and ensure staffing needs are met.
• Oversee financial management including budgets, deposits, rent collections.
• Develop yearly marketing and leasing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with fair housing and OSHA requirements.
• Lead emergency response and on-site safety.
