Asset Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee the operations of a housing community on-site, reporting to the Regional Manager. You will supervise staff, manage leasing, maintenance, and financial activities while ensuring safety and compliance with policies.

Responsibilities include budgeting, vendor management, resident relations, and driving leasing performance with retention programs.

Qualifications

• Must have basic computer skills and be able to perform on-site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements is preferred.
• Reliability for on-call emergencies and transportation is required.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise on-site staff, trainings, and scheduling.
• Oversee leasing activities, resident relations, and retention programs.
• Manage budgeting, financial reporting, and vendor invoices.
• Develop annual marketing plans and ensure timely reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and fair housing guidelines.

Formation

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Bachelor’s degree preferred

CAM/ARM preferred

Fair Housing Laws knowledge

OSHA requirements knowledge
