Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Community Manager to oversee all business operations at one of our apartment communities in Mesquite, TX. You will lead staff, manage onboarding, and drive leasing and resident relations with a people-first approach.

The role requires strong leadership, 3+ years in multi-family property management, and excellent communication. You will partner with maintenance, handle budgeting, and ensure service excellence to meet occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant experience; or a combination.
• 3+ years of related multi-family property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills; professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead property staff, oversee onboarding, training, timesheet approval, and annual reviews.
• Drive team performance and manage disciplinary actions with HR.
• Conduct ongoing training on leasing paperwork, safety, and daily operations.
• Motivate staff through recognition programs and team-building.
• Assist in budget preparation and adhere to approved budgets.
• Prepare month-end and year-end financial reporting with variance analysis.
• Promote resident satisfaction by responding promptly to issues.
• Collaborate with maintenance to ensure prompt responses to service requests.
• Engage with owners, conduct property tours, and update on performance.
